"Community is the foundation of success." - Kenneth Reese
For today's Black History spotlight, we would like to honor Kenneth Reese! Mr. Reese of Birmingham, AL, is a Junior at Auburn University studying Agri-Science Education. He served as a member of Jefferson County 4-H for 9 years and was elected as the First Black 4-H State Ambassador President. Currently, Mr. Reese makes a difference in his community by serving as the Director of Community Relations for The Black Student Union on Auburn's campus. A pivotal point in Mr. Reese's life was when he met Auburn Football running-back, Tre Mason, in 2013 at the 4-H Football Day. This moment was inspirational for Mr. Reese, and led him to believing in Auburn and loving it!
Alabama 4-H would like to extend thanks to Mr. Kenneth Reese for contributing his time and passion to his campus and community, and for being a role model for 4-H youth. Thank you!
