A federal grand jury has indicted Adree Villanueva, 25, of Kennesaw, Georgia, on charges related to child sexual exploitation. The indictment was announced by U.S. Attorney Prim F. Escalona in Huntsville, Alabama.
Villanueva faces three counts: coercion and enticement, traveling with the intent to engage in illicit sexual activity, and transportation of a minor. The alleged offenses took place between April 2025 and July 2025 in Madison County.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Huntsville Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant United States Attorney John M. Hundscheid is handling the prosecution.
"This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Led by U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet and to identify and rescue victims. Authorities emphasize that an indictment contains only charges; a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
