This past week, students at the Pentecost Youth Camp honored ALEA Colonel Jimmy Helms by surprising him with special t-shirts they designed to show their support and appreciation as their pastor, as well as the Director of the Department of Public Safety. They even formed the words on the front of the shirt in the shape of a Trooper campaign cover.
Colonel Helms and his wife have served as Camp Directors at the Pentecost Youth Camp and Kidz Kamp held at the Vineyard Christian Retreat in Coffee County for the past 10 years.
