The number of employees on nonfarm payrolls for July 2021 in the Huntsville metropolitan statistical area was 249,000, a 0.2 percent increase over the previous month, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In June 2021, the Huntsville reported 248,600 workers on nonfarm payrolls.

Statistics were compiled from reports from the civilian labor force and unemployment data, which heavily relied on household surveys. The data is not seasonally adjusted.
