Today, AEA filed a lawsuit on behalf of two Chilton County school employees after receiving letters from the Chilton County Superintendent demanding they pay back tens of thousands of dollars. AEA also filed a temporary restraining order to prevent any monies from being deducted from the employees' salaries until a judge decides the outcome of the lawsuit. #AEAFightingForYou
