True Crime Show, “Fear Thy Neighbor”

ICYMI: District Attorney Daryl Bailey discussed how our Office worked tirelessly to restore peace to a group of Dalraida residents who felt like prisoners in their own homes in the recent “Under Surveillance” episode of ID Discovery’s popular true crime show, “Fear thy Neighbor.”

For years, nightmare neighbor Jason Clark terrorized his community, stalking and attacking several of the people who lived around him. His bizarre and alarming behavior included poisoning lawns, making death threats, and playing neighbors’ calls to police over a loudspeaker he installed in front of his house, DA Bailey and residents interviewed for the episode recalled. He was also caught with a huge arsenal of guns and ammunition.

Clark was convicted of two counts of aggravated assault in 2017 and sentenced to 40 years in prison.

DA Bailey said, "At the time of sentencing, the judge said he had sentenced people to life in prison, he had sentenced people to death row, but he had never seen anybody in his court before that was more dangerous than this man.”
