The Jasper Career Center Partners With Bevill State Community College for a Multiple Employer Job Fair

The Jasper Career Center Partners with Bevill State Community College, the Walker County Chamber of Commerce, and the Daily Mountain Eagle for a Multiple Employer Job Fair in the Walker County/Birmingham Area.

JASPER - The Jasper Career Center is partnering with Bevill State Community College, the Walker County Chamber of Commerce, and the Daily Mountain Eagle for a multiple employer job fair on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jasper Civic Center, 204 19th St. E Jasper, AL 35501.

70 employers are currently scheduled to attend: Coca-Cola, Drummond, Warrior Met Coal, Heiche, Yorozu, Jasper Lumber Company, King Kutter, Topre, UAB,

Piggly Wiggly Warehouse, Dunn Construction and more!

“This is an exciting and fun chance for any jobseekers looking for employment,” said Jasper Career Center Manager Alicia Anderson. “Our primary goal at the Jasper Career Center is to put jobseekers and employers together in a best-match scenario, so we’re excited to partner with Bevill State Community College and help each student, or any interested party, find success.”

Applicants should come to the job fair with multiple copies of their résumés to hand out to interested employers. They should be prepared to interview and should be dressed professionally. There is no charge for employers to participate.
