Alabama Literacy Act Retention Delay Heading to the Governor

UPDATE: After working for two years to delay the retention portion of the Alabama Literacy Act, SB200 has now been concurred by the Senate and is on its way to the Governor’s desk for signature. If signed, it will delay the retention portion until 2024.
